As a single mother, Boey started from scratch, dedicating countless hours and considerable effort to mastering her craft. These experiences taught her that true beauty is not about finding the cheapest option or blindly following trends. It is about discovering what genuinely suits you. This belief led her to establish Koey Beauty Arts, where professional expertise meets a refined eye for detail to create natural beauty tailored to each individual.
From brows and eyeliner to lips, every design is thoughtfully customised around each client's facial features, skin tone, and personal character, rather than simply replicating popular trends. To Boey, beauty is more than an external transformation. It is about helping every woman rediscover her confidence.

Fine, individual hair strokes drawn to follow your natural brow growth. The look is light and natural, with a soft taper at the tail.

A soft, shaded finish that fills the brow evenly, like a light dusting of brow powder. Good if you want fuller brows with gentle edges.

Fine strokes blended with soft shading, giving you definition without a heavy, filled-in look. A middle path between the other two styles.

Brings new colour to dull, dark or uneven lips, and can update an older lip tattoo whose colour no longer suits you. We choose the shade with you first.

One even, natural shade across the whole lip, in a tone chosen to suit your skin. A clean look that keeps your lips looking fresh.
